The personal data you provide, in particular your name, address and email address, which are stored at Standard in Gold LTD, are used for the purpose of processing your order, your purchase order or your other customer requests (see also purposes of data processing). .
Standard in Gold LTD does not store or process any data of any kind that the data subjects have not themselves disclosed to Standard in Gold LTD. Therefore, the obligation to provide information pursuant to Art. 14 GDPR no longer applies.
Legal basis and purposes of data processing
We process
• based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR, your personal data for sending the newsletter and the Münze-Zeitung as well as taking into account the areas of interest you have specified
• due to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b GDPR, your personal data for the processing of your orders placed in our online shop as well as the management of payment and delivery processes
• based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. c GDPR, your personal data in fulfillment of our legal obligations, which arise in particular from the Federal Tax Code, the Court of Audit Act and the provisions against money laundering and terrorist financing
• based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR, your personal data to protect our predominant legitimate interests in the areas of advertising and marketing as well as to combat misuse and defend legal claims.
Consequences of not providing the data
If data that is absolutely necessary to fulfill contractual and legal obligations is not provided, no contract can be concluded.
Recipient
Personal data is generally only processed internally and is not passed on to third parties. There are no transfers to third countries.
If there is a legal or regulatory obligation, personal data may be transmitted to public bodies and institutions such as tax authorities or the Court of Auditors. In order to defend our legal or economic claims, personal data may be passed on to courts, banks or insurance companies.
Data retention period
Your data will be processed for the duration of the statutory retention periods or until revoked. As a rule, this is 7 years, due to the tax retention obligation in accordance with Section 132 Paragraph 1 BAO.
Your rights in the course of data processing by the Standard in Gold:
You have the rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. Any consent you have given can be revoked at any time with future effect.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the responsible supervisory authority. In Austria this is the data protection authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
